Ms Cavallaro is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a specialist interest in limb reconstruction and microsurgery.

She completed her higher surgical training in the Midlands and on the Salisbury/Oxford rotation, followed by a microsurgery fellowship in New Zealand. In 2023, she was appointed as a Locum Consultant in New Zealand.

Ms Cavallaro returned to the UK to undertake a limb reconstruction fellowship at the Welsh Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery and was appointed as a substantive Consultant in 2025.

She has a strong commitment to education and training, with an active role in supporting trainees and multidisciplinary learning.
